Ayurvedic products that are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will not be shipped to addresses within the United States.

5. Weight & Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated using the greater of actual weight or volumetric (dimensional) weight, in accordance with international air freight standards.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
6.1 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Claims for damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned for inspection before any refund or replacement is approved.
6.2 Change of Mind
Returns for change of mind or incorrect orders are accepted only if the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer within 5 working days after inspection and approval.
6.4 Non-Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage occurring during return transit. Returned items are subject to inspection, and refunds may be refused at our discretion.
