3.1 International Shipping Restrictions

Ayurvedic or herbal products that are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) will not be shipped to addresses within the United States.


4. Buyer and Seller Responsibilities

Seller Responsibilities

  • Export-compliant packaging
  • Delivery to port or place of export
  • Export customs clearance
  • Export duties and origin terminal handling charges
  • International freight charges

Buyer Responsibilities

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance at destination
  • Costs associated with unloading and local delivery
  • Compliance with local import regulations

5. Weight & Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the greater of:

  • Actual weight, or
  • Volumetric (dimensional) weight

Calculations are made in accordance with international air freight standards.


6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

6.1 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Claims for damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be returned for inspection before any refund or replacement is approved.

6.2 Change of Mind

Returns due to change of mind or incorrect orders are accepted only if:

  • The product is unused
  • The product is undamaged
  • The product is in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer within 5 working days after inspection and approval.

6.4 Non-Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage occurring during return transit. Returned items are subject to inspection, and refunds may be refused at our discretion.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation fees and/or shipping charges may apply.
